and instructions. U.S. returns get a prepaid label; international returns get the return address + customs info.

For change-of-mind returns, the prepaid return label is $6.95 and is deducted from
your refund. If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we cover the label.

You arrange and pay return shipping. Original shipping and any duties/VAT aren’t refundable (you may reclaim VAT locally where available).

Save all packaging and email photos within 7 days. We’ll reship or refund quickly.

After inspection, we issue refunds to your original payment method, typically 3–5 business days. Banks may take extra time to post funds.

We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return the unopened item and place a new
order for the color/SKU you want.
